Prototyping and testing

In order to assess the functionality, quality, manufacturability and performance of a product or part, one or more prototypes often have to be made during the design process. Making functional models is a costly affair. Through computer simulations and the creation of virtual models, we can often limit the number of prototypes to one, which greatly reduces development time. In addition to testing the materials themselves, we also have the option of taking care of your application testing and releases.

We work together with renowned research institutes and have access to the most modern test facilities for validating prototypes and conducting application tests, in order to obtain the relevant accreditations in your sector.

We can therefore not only support you with simulations, but can also validate the results by going through the relevant (test) procedures. In doing so, we compare the input and results of our simulations with the test data and results.
